Water... is a part of our life...
This post will gives you some informations on the correct timing to take water....
This is important where, it will maximizes the effectiveness on our body~

2 Glass of Water
- After waking up = Helps activate internal organs.

1 Glass of Water
- 30 minutes before meal = Helps digestion.
- Before taking a bath = Helps lower the blood pressure.
- Before sleep = To avoid stroke and heart attack.

InsyaAllah, with this formula, we will maintaining the good health for our body...
